📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling * Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the booked service. * Cancellations between 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service. * Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee: $25 for standard services, $50 for longer appointments (color, extensions, or multi-hour bookings). * No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service, and future appointments may not be available. * A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. ⏰ Late Arrival * If you’re more than 15 minutes late, please call or text as soon as possible. * A $25 late fee will be added to your service. * Depending on your arrival time: * Your service may be shortened or adjusted. * Your appointment may need to be rescheduled. * If necessary, your appointment may be canceled and charged in full. 🎨 Service Adjustments * I do not offer cash or credit refunds for services. * If you’re unhappy with your hair, contact me within 7 days of your appointment. * Complimentary adjustments are offered only for technical errors, not for changes of mind. * Any corrections requested after 7 days, or involving a different style/change from the original request, will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly. 💳 Hair Extension Deposits * A full deposit is required for the cost of hair extensions at the time of ordering. * Once the hair is ordered, all deposits are non-refundable. 💁‍♀️ Extensions & Product Sales * All hair extension and retail product purchases are final. * I am not responsible for damage or issues resulting from: * Improper care * Failure to follow aftercare instructions * Using products that are not recommended ❤️‍🩹 Health & Safety * Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. * I reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or hygiene concerns. 🚫 Guests & Children * To maintain a relaxing environment: * Please do not bring additional guests unless they are receiving a service. * Children are welcome only with a scheduled appointment. 📸 Photos & Social Media * Photos may be taken before and/or after your service to showcase my work. * These images may be used for marketing and social media. * Not comfortable with photos?
